If you've seen pictures of those Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies flying around, then get ready for an Oatmeal Cream Pie Version! Mine is thick, firm and dry-ish, just like the original chocolate one. Some of the oatmeal versions I tried were too wet for my liking. If these are too dry for you, reduce the amount of oat fiber used until it's perfect!
