
Not-A-Yuck-Yum-Raspberry Mini-Smoothie Bowl FP
I LOVE Serene's Yuck Yum - I ate it exclusively for breakfast for weeks when I first discovered it! But I'm also trying to get in more E breakfasts using quinoa and oats, and I hated missing out on all the superfoods I had been soothing my body with every morning. Enter the Mini-Smoothie Bowl!

Ingredients
Use whatever you're currently using in your yuck yum, or powdered supplements and super foods you want to be sure and get every day, plus a non-dairy milk and frozen fruit. Here is how I make mine:
For the smoothie base:
4oz cashew milk (or other FP milk substitute)
1/4C frozen raspberries (others can be used but I find the strong flavor of the raspberries to be super helpful with the more bitter superfoods)
2 doonks THM pure stevia
Superfoods add-ins:
1T cocoa powder
1T boabab
1t ashwaganda
1t Dynamic Duo Greens
1t maca
1t matcha

Preparation
Using your smallest blender cup, add the milk, berries & stevia, then any of your favorite superfood powders! If you have more of less than I use, you may need more or less milk. Or, if your blender can't handle the thickness, add some more milk.
Blend on low until everything is combined and the berries are broken down. Pour into an 8oz bowl, or just eat/drink straight from the blender cup, if your spoon will reach. If you make it thinner, you can use a straw.
*The Dynamic Duo really puts the Yuck into this Yum. You may want more stevia or berries if the flavor is too strong for you.
